Our Privacy Policy

At JN Hosting we recognize that privacy is important. This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services provided by us.

1. Collection of Information

We collect various information when you register with Company, during your usage of our products and services, when you visit pages of our partners. We may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from other partners or other companies in order to provide you a better experience or to improve the quality of our services. When you sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. We automatically receive and record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, our cookie information, software and hardware attributes, the page you request and other standard browser parameters. When you use our services, we send one or more cookies – a small file containing a string of characters – to your device that uniquely identifies your browser.

3. No-Spam Policy

We have a strict No-Spam Policy prohibiting the use of any data collected to send spam. We will not sell any contact information to third parties.

The provider keeps their right to change any customer’s account, database or other component, that does not meet the established rules of use.

The provider keeps their right to require the fees necessary to remove the IP addresses of “blacklists”.

4. Choices for Personal Information

When you sign up for a particular service that requires registration, we ask you to provide personal information. If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose defined herein and in the terms of the services offered then we will ask for your consent prior to such use. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. 5. Backups and data loss

The use of services is a responsibility of the customer. Daily reserve backups of provider’s servers are made out of courtesy. The provider is not responsible for files or other data stored in customer’s account. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain their files and backups on the provider’s servers. The provider does not offer back-up copies of frozen or deleted customer’s accounts, unless otherwise decided after correspondence with us.

6. Information Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

7. Accessing and Updating Personal Information

When you use our services, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and to correct this data if it is inaccurate.
